Whizzkids Programmes

WhizzKids provides a range of IT courses & camps for children aged 8-18. Options include in-school courses, after-school clubs and summer camps. We cover a range of multimedia subjects including web design, video game programming, film production, video editing, desktop publishing etc. Designed for children of all abilities, we start with the basics and then progress students in a systematic way that is both fun & educational. We have been in operation since 2002 and in that time have delivered our programmes to over 20,000 students, with in excess of 1,000 at our summer camps in 2012 alone. Courses are designed specifically for teens & children and we can deliver our classes right in your own school, using our own laptops and software. Whizzkids Summer Camps

Whizzkids runs summercamps in locations across the country and include higher level institutes such as UCD, DCU, UCC, UL, NUIG, NUI Maynooth & IT Tralee throughout the summer. For a full list of locations, dates & prices click here

Our summer camps, run in Ireland's finest Universities, give access to first class facilities, normally only available to third level students. Everyone will have their own PC and we will supply all the other equipment for the camp.

Classes are broken up by age and those attending are supervised at all times by fully qualified teachers so you can be sure you will be well looked after. Our day camps are for boys and girls aged 8-15. Our residential camps are for 13-17 year olds and are more advanced.

Our mission is to ensure that you have a lot of fun but pick up some valuable skills while you are with us and you will get to bring home a disk with your work on it as a permanent keepsake. We have delivered summer camps to thousands of children and teenagers across Ireland since 2003 and will help you to Discover how much fun IT can be.

Our computer camps will entertain and educate this summer. Our multimedia camps have been running since 2003 and have introduced thousands of children across Ireland to the creative use of computers and I.T. Technology will be a key element of your childs future. Delivered by fully qualified teachers our job is to teach them to explore and embrace technology by making it fun, entertaining and creative.
