Whizzkids Summer Camps first came to Galway in 2006, and have been running camps here every summer since! This year, our camps are running in the state-of-the-art labs at University of Galway.
Our Camps run from 9.30am - 1pm/3pm, Monday to Friday. Camps finishing at 1pm cost €140 for one or €125 for siblings. Camps finishing at 3PM cost €190 for one and €170 for siblings.
At Whizzkids, we are passionate about developing your digital skills. Our camps cater for children of all abilities from 8 to 15 years old. In terms of activities, we cover a number of age specific IT skills including Coding, Game Development, Graphic Design, Scratch Programming, Animation, Spy Academy challenges, etc. The activities are all designed for specific age groups so that they are both interesting & enjoyable for the children & teens that we work with. We also try to fit in a sports session each day, weather permitting.
With 20+ years experience we know how to do this in a fun and educational way. Our teachers and teaching assistants will ensure you get plenty of one to one attention and we use the finest third level computer labs to ensure you have the best equipment available.

Whizzkids Summer Camps at Univeristy of Galway are taking place this year on the weeks June 29 - 3 July, 6-10 July, 10-14 Aug and 17-21 August.
For the camps in July we are in the Engineering Building which is number 7 in the map below and for the camps in August we are based in the Cairnes Building, which is building 14. Both can be accessed via the Newcastle Road entrance and are a short walk from the Corrib Village Car Park.
